How much does it cost?

I charge £65 per session, including the first session.

When?

Therapy takes place at the same time and place weekly.

I work Monday-Thursday, and I do not work evenings. Please contact me to enquire about current availability.

Where?

I work in-person from a calm and quiet dedicated therapy centre in South West Sheffield, just off Ecclesall Road.

Can I attend online?

I mostly work in-person, but where a regular client has a need to attend remotely for a short time this can be arranged.

What happens in the first session?

Our first session will be an assessment during which I will ask some direct questions about what brings you to therapy and your history. We will discuss your expectations and goals as well as a timeline for the therapy. This will help us both consider if we’re a good fit.
